The Iron Bull THB81x22 is a heavy-duty gravity tilt equipment trailer designed for serious contractors and equipment operators who need substantially more capacity than a traditional 14K tilt trailer.

Built on a massive 10” beam frame and equipped with two 10,000 lb torsion axles, the THB delivers a 20,000 lb GVWR while maintaining the easy-loading convenience of a gravity tilt deck.

The 22’ overall deck incorporates a 16’ gravity tilt section, allowing equipment to be loaded without dealing with traditional loading ramps. The treated wood deck, removable diamond plate fenders, and heavy-duty construction make it an excellent choice for skid steers, excavators, tractors, compact track loaders, and other commercial equipment.

Up front, a full toolbox integrated into the tongue provides convenient storage for chains, binders, straps, and tools. A floor-mounted winch plate and 12” winch roller on the tilt deck make the trailer ready for a winch installation and easier recovery of disabled or non-running equipment.

HEAVY-DUTY TORSION AXLES

The THB81x22 is equipped with dual 10,000 lb torsion axles with electric brakes on both axles. The torsion suspension provides a smooth, controlled towing experience while giving the trailer the capacity needed for larger commercial equipment.

GRAVITY TILT — NO TRADITIONAL RAMPS TO HANDLE

The 16’ gravity tilt deck lowers for equipment loading and returns to the towing position as the load moves forward. This makes loading and unloading faster and eliminates the need to constantly pull out and store traditional loading ramps.

DRIVE-OVER DIAMOND PLATE FENDERS

Heavy-duty removable bolt-on diamond plate fenders provide additional versatility when loading wider equipment. The drive-over design allows wider machines to utilize the available deck space without the fenders becoming an obstacle.

WINCH READY

This trailer comes equipped with a winch plate built into the floor along with a 12” winch roller on the tilt deck, making it an excellent setup for loading disabled equipment, vehicles, or machinery that cannot be driven onto the trailer.
